Memebox - My Cute Wishlist #3

I got addicted to Memebox, a Korean subscription box from an unboxing of the first My Cute Wishlist. By the time I found Memebox, they already released the second and third in the series. I managed to buy the My Cute Wishlist #3 and OMG #3 bundle before it sold out.

The bundles cost $58.99 USD including the $6.99 USD for shipping. Bundles are automatically upgraded to express shipping so it arrives at my door step much quicker than Registered Mail. The downside is that it requires signatures. The box shipped out October 15th and I received it on October 20th. That is 5 days including the weekend, pretty fast compared to 20 days.

I already saw the spoilers for the box and was disappointed by the collection, especially with the sun cream. But in real life it is actually ok, it does fit with the cute theme.

**I decided to add the price with the products. Unless otherwise mentioned, the price listed is from the product cards**
Hope Girl Tinted lip Balm 5g ($12$8.90)
The balms are randomly picked from strawberry, love peach and hot cherry. Unfortunate for me, I got strawberry. I seem to end up with only hot pink lip products.. Sigh..

The balm is touted to be both a balm and a tint that is both moisturizing and long lasting. Did not try it as I did not want to dip my finger in something I am going to give away.

Shara Shara Fairy's Make-up Synergy Sun Cream SPF45 PA ++ 30ml ($21)
Ah.. The much disliked sun cream. This product has a few flaws. First, I think the box was poorly designed. I tried to grab my sun cream from the top a few times before realizing it will never fit through the hole. Why design a box that you have to open from the bottom? Second, the design is a little tad on the childish side for people over the age of 12. My brother said her hair looked like poop from the back. I also felt like I was decapitating the girl every time I pull open the bottle.

The sun cream offers a strong protection against UVA and UVB rays and work to balance out uneven skin tone and texture. The cream is light and blends in well like a moisturizer. Though be warned the cream is perfumed, so if you don't like long lasting scent on your face, use it on your body instead.

ddung Family Foam Cleansing Cream 120ml ($12)
The cleansing cream are randomly selected from fruits and milky. I got Milky and that is what I would have chosen between the two. This is the cutest item out of the entire box.

The milky cleanser contains milk protein extracts, chamomile flower extracts, lavender extracts, pepper mint leaf extracts and rosemary leaf extracts.  I wonder how it smells with all those extracts of things I dislike (purely on the smell). Did not open it as I am starting to have a large collection of cleansers to use. Probably going to give it to a friend.

Shara Shara Kissing Sugar Lip Scrub 10g ($7)
This is the second cutest item in the box! I thought it was another lip balm when I first opened it. It sure looks like one. The scrub contains sugar, walnut shells, honey extract, avocado oil, argan spinosa kernel oil and various vegetable oil complex to rub away dead skin and provide moisture to the lips.

I had to try it immediately as I been meaning to get a lip scrub for my chapped lips. When I dug my finger into the pot, I thought it was going to be hard. But it was a very soft cream. The sugar crystals are fine like granulated sugar and the walnut shells are even finer. The crystals melt away as I continue to rub it on my lips. I noticed it did get rid of the bigger pieces of dead skin. There are still some finer pieces that was not removed. So it does a decent job as a lip scrub.

Youngwoosa Oh! It's Lovely and Soft Cream 45g ($47, $10 + shipping)
The picture of the girl with her hands up is kind of misleading. I thought it was a hand cream at first but it is actually a facial moisturizer. The cream provides a deep hydration and creates a protective barrier over your skin to prevent moisture loss.

The cream has a light rose smell, that explains the picture of the rose. The cream is quite thick as I gave it the Blizzard test. That is I turned it upside down and shook it a few times. The cream did not budge at all. This is going into my stock of moisturizer for winter.. Bring it on -30 degrees weather!

Tonymoly Red Cheeks Girl's Patch 1ea ($2)
The cheek patches is enriched with rose flower, cherry blossom, apricot, aloe vera, cucumber, and green tea extracts. It is a hydro gel patch that is designed to deliver intense moisture relief to your cheeks. It looks cute but I definitely cannot do it while my brother is around or else he will tease me to death.

The products in the box has a value of $60.90 and I paid $23 + ~$3.50 for shipping (I split it with the OMG 3 box). This is not a bad box value wise, and I will use half of the products so it is an okay box in my opinion.
